I love how organized the software is. There are so many intricate components, and the sections allow us to categorize the work flow better.

The flow of the work stream and lack of process is annoying. It's difficult to map to a current customer retention process.

Candidate management has always been a struggle for us but Bullhorn does a wonderful job in helping recruiters succeed on our daily tasks.

Great API for access to develop custom functions, great support for enterprise customers.

The communication was poor- their billing team are based in the US and there was no acknowledgement of the mistake. My initial consultant chased them down for me, and advised me of their error.

Integrates with a lot of other software we use like TextUs, Herefish, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Jobs, etc. We also like that it has a lot of capability and functionality, more than other ATS's I have used.

I love Bullhorn to maintain my talent pool and inventory. This is a great way of saving candidate Data and then accessing it whenever we need it.

The speed (or lack thereof) when loading each screen is terrible. The support staff can access your data without your knowledge.

They then continue to expect payments to be made to them and will make contact regularly to make demands, while completely ignoring and refusing to act on the unresolved issues.

Bullhorn provides the utmost ATS, we can easily keep a track of the candidates and the scrutinization becomes easy with the desired keywords set. The user interface of the software is also good.

I have trouble with looking at everything and staying organized with those functions.

Its OK, better than others out there but has a long way to go before we'd consider it perfect.

I like the ease of use the fast tracking of suitable people and the easyness to keep track on everthing.

The customer service is horrible - honestly the worst I've ever seen.

User friendly to those who have worked with applicant tracking systems or CRMs. Good integration with other systems.

I enjoyed the reminder emails that would automatically be sent every week to remind me to enter and submit my time. It was also great to be able to see all previous weeks' hours and history.

Because there are so many types of one function, it becomes too cluttered and difficult to use. The quick access is lacking with this system and the pricing did not sit right with me at all.

Problems with diacritics when translating to Czech language.

I definitely would recommend to any company that has recruiting needs, without them having to break the budget for it.

Overall, it's a very good platform. I've used a lot of different platforms over the last 15+ years and I think Crelate is my favorite.

Also, there are some minor frustrations on how to manage tags and certain fields which can be frustrating.

I enjoy the easy use functions and great multifunctional tools and time saving features.

We are solving the problem of communication between offices. It allows everyone to know where each job is at in the process of hiring.

Our sourcers and recruiters love it - they actually like it better than big talent management systems they've used with other companies. This is so cost-effective and so easy to  use.

Sometimes a little confusing with too many clicks.

Crelate is a good, user-friendly ATS that helps keep me organized with my applicant workflow and jobs. Nice that it's web-based and I can use it both in the office and working from home.

All of the integrations for our applicants and email tracking. When I visit a profile, I can see every email to and from a candidate and easily track progress.

It has easy use, you can look up candidates with ease, keep up with job orders, and overall keep myself organized. Crelate has helped me be more successful in my most recently role due to this.

Integration with my company website and with job boards is simply fantastic.

It provides me with a perfect survey, it is user friendly and easy to use.

We also love the integration with RingCentral and other apps on the market that make using it very easy.

It's also priced very fairly and their customer service is attentive, responsive and helpful.

Crelate is a useful and affordable tool for Talent Management in Recruitment.

The ease of use - it is very intuitive but still has the support videos and trainings which allow you to get the most out of the software.

I like Crelate's clean format and the ability to adjust tabs etc easily. Some other ATS tools are very busy with WAY too many steps or click to see the items.

As a recruiter I refuse to set a person up for failure.

I truly enjoy using Crelate, it's easy to understand and very user friendly.

Rep. has been helping me with the onboarding and is doing a great job as well. The entire team is fantastic.

The customer service is rapid and patient. It can be used for simplistic applicant tracking to powerful data-searching and captures a ton of important information.
