Byrne BAMS (Benefit Administration Management Software) is a benefits administration solution suitable for unions, third­-party administrators, municipalities, self­-funded plans, actuaries, and Taft-Hartley funds of all sizes. BAMS helps businesses manage and automate benefit plan administration. On-premise and cloud-based deployments are available.

The software supports benefits administration processes including premium billing, claims processing, collection and eligibility, supplemental benefits, a self­-service portal and pension management. The self-service portal allows trustees, providers, members, employees, employers, and brokers to log in and view claims, eligibility, contributions and more.

The electronic data interchange module lets users send and receive HIPAA-compliant transactions between providers, clearinghouses or preferred provider organisations (PPOs). Byrne human resources products can also integrate with Microsoft SQL Server offerings.
