Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Great value for the money, easy to learn, easy to manage

  • The software is easy to use and flexible. Very good support for electronic absence registration and workflow. extremely helpful and responsive customer support!

  • Cons

  • They still lack in their mobile application but they are improving with each update. They have bug fixes off and on but their customer service are swift to tackle the bugs in the software.

  • Set up is a little tricky at first, however support is fairly responsive. notes They are not in the US so there is a time delay to getting a response.

  • Pros

  • Super easy to use, organized, and user friendly!

  • This tool is fairly easy to use. Easy to request time off and manage other things related to my employment

  • Cons

  • Sometimes it takes several “clicks” to do complete a task. For example, entering a time sheet takes several clicks. However, this is minor and is no longer an issue once you get the hang of it!

  • Some logic and workflow could have some improvement to make it more consumer-grade. The recruiting model is getting easier but needs some more work.
