Predictive Analytics Providing Real World Solutions

We started our journey with Cangrade to stop 1st year turnover in the organization as well as drive top and bottom line growth. We have realized great value out of their predictive analytics model as it relates to hiring and developing our team. What sets Cangrade apart from other predictive outfits is their tie to training. Any tool can ultimately tell you what makes someone tick and where they need to improve but Cangrade's solution is the only one we found that can then pair qualified training from the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University to address those areas. Very powerful.

Pros

The team at Cangrade has been great to work with during our time as partners. We have enjoyed a fair amount of customization in the software that they have supported without "knickleing and diming" us along the way. The software is fairly intuitive and can be deployed at multiple levels depending on your goals and the process you're running.

Cons

Nothing we didn't like essentially. As we've worked with the team at Cangrade, they have been very responsive to site design and items that would have shown here were rectified and enhanced as needed. If I nitpick, there could always be more integration support as it relates to tying into an organizations LMS, HRIS systems.

Overall I have been happy with the experience with Cangrade.

Pros

It is amazing how the algorithms can help determine how an individual can succeed at a specific location. Incredible how by using the tool the turnover rate has dropped

Cons

When I enter a new candidates name, it would be nice if there was a spot that I can enter the location name(not just where they live). Then when I go to the results page the results are right there for that specific location and I don't have to search for the results.
