Care Advantage

Care Advantage is a behavioural screening platform that helps Care Providers make more informed hiring decisions. The two principle short assessments give insight into a job applicant's Personality profile and how their profile matches the job. It also shows an applicant's risk in relation to three counter-productive work behaviours: hostility, integrity and dependability. The platform is managed in-house and has several automations for a smooth recruitment process.
