I can be working with our admins staff and everybody is on the same page as everything is kept together. There is no me holding files on my side that someone else has or vice versa.

In addition to a great platform, we have been very pleased with the level of support.

There are really not any aspects that are difficult to use in this software.

They recently had a server issue with out the proper back-ups. The server crashed and we were struggling to use the program for approx 2-3 weeks.

The cost is a terrific value for what is included.

The support team who we have dealt with has been absolutely Fantastic. Patient, Helpful and sincere.

With that, I could send rejection emails without spending too much time on each one. Will be using CareerPlug for my next hires for sure.

In this modern era we hardly get a chance to use any software that are feasible. However, Oorwin is absolutely a terrific database that has all options available and is great to use.

Customizable software as per to your requirements. Customer support is very responsive and great.

Features that user friendly and good to manage.

Reports are very confusing at times. And they keep changing it without any prior notice.

Their are few bugs in the application and few times It might get error while using the app.

Overall I feel it is the best software I am using. It's user friendly and one will not be struggling with it for sure.

Options: After uploding the resume to our requirement and the candidate gets rejected. We need to update the reason.

Bulk mailing is so good, it is really helpful when working with the daily requirements.

Thirdly, there is no option that I can route the profile of a candidate to my email or some other's email.
