Pros/Cons
Pros
- We have moved from another ATS to TalentHire to save time and save money. Resume parsing, Outlook plugin, Job templates and On -boarding are great features helping my business.
- It's a great tool with all the right bells and whistles and always coming up with new and useful features and very cost effective as compared to the best of the best out there.
- This saves our time by helping to filter applications and select the best candidate. This is an excellent application tracking system.
Cons
- Some times Strings not working in Dice. Some time getting 500 error.
- The integration/migration has been a disaster along with the Onboarding process which I describe as a "Voyage of Discovery.
- Dice portal integration in ceipal which is not accurate and we understand the same problem is wih other ATS.
Pros
- The team at Gem has been very helpful and I love partnering with them as they certainly have been committed to enabling us to achieve our goals.
- It makes the outreach process super easy and it helps to get more responses from candidates with the sequences. Integrates with a lot of tools, including our ATS (Greenhouse).
- Overall, GEM is a great tool to message candidates and build good connection with them. It's easy to use and has many great features.
Cons
- I would say there are many times where the email address is incorrect or is no longer in use.
- Manual inmail sequences. Difficult to setup/share drip campaigns with teammates.
- The UI sometimes feels dated, but really gets the job done. Also, they don't fully support browsers other than Chrome, but really, that's not been much of a problem.
