Pros/Cons
Pros
- Excellent application tracking system for your recruiting need. Some of the powerful features are the integrated search, mass mailing and a great storage for your resumes in company database.
- This saves our time by helping to filter applications and select the best candidate. This is an excellent application tracking system.
- It is the great app to use for our work. It makes so easy to find a great candidate for our important jobs.
Cons
- Some times Strings not working in Dice. Some time getting 500 error.
- The integration/migration has been a disaster along with the Onboarding process which I describe as a "Voyage of Discovery.
- Dice portal integration in ceipal which is not accurate and we understand the same problem is wih other ATS.
Pros
- I love many features about Paylocity. The ease of use is outstanding and the dedicated customer support is fantastic.
- The fact that our staff can clock in and out remotely from their cell phones is great. Not having to print paystubs each time because they are available online is very nice.
- Software is very straight forward and easy to use. Customer Service is fantastic and one huge benefit why we stay.
Cons
- Implementation was a disgrace. Our first implementation consultant disappeared and no one knew where she went.
- Reporting can be a struggle since many standard reports from Paylocity involve merged cells without one single row of data. Customer service is very hit or miss depending on responds to the requests.
- Customer service is horrendous. We were told we would have an "Account Manager" That indicated to me that I'd have one person who answer my emails or phone calls.
