Being able to book a holiday and approve it within minutes, understanding the company hierarchy as it changes, completing checklists for onboarding new employees and more. Everything about Charlie HR is fantastic! Cons: The software is still limited in terms of customisation (which will be improved over time I'm sure) such as reporting on specific activities (productivity or time tracking) to adding a carbon copy of our company handbook (instead of using their allocated template). Really, these are teething issues but could create much more value for a business long-term.
