  • Pros

  • The support from our Account Manager is fantastic and she is extremely knowledgeable about the product. The mobile function is great for employees and managers who work remotely.
  • Overall I've had a positive experience with CIPHR and its great to see they regularly engage with their clients to ask about their needs and change their priorities for improvements based on feedback.
  • Tech support are fantastic - all issues are resolved within 24 hours and the teams knowledge is incredible.
  • Cons

  • Absence not linked to payroll means there is a lot of manual work and its open to errors.
  • Definitely allows us to provide more detailed management information but has not taken away a lot of the time consuming admin burden due the cost issues around all the additional modules.
  • Reporting can be complicated if you aren't an Excel whizz however training is provided to help make it less painful.

  • We continue to look for opportunities to leverage this to our advantage. The level of customer service and availability of helpful resources is by far the best we have experienced.
  • I love many features about Paylocity. The ease of use is outstanding and the dedicated customer support is fantastic.
  • We love the mobile capability for our team. Most features are accessible from smartphones, which helps our technicians in the field.
  • Cons

  • Implementation was a disgrace. Our first implementation consultant disappeared and no one knew where she went.
  • Reporting can be a struggle since many standard reports from Paylocity involve merged cells without one single row of data. Customer service is very hit or miss depending on responds to the requests.
  • Customer service is horrendous. We were told we would have an "Account Manager" That indicated to me that I'd have one person who answer my emails or phone calls.
