Pros/Cons
Pros
- The software is very easy to use and easy to understand. The mobile version has the same functionality and works perfectly fine from my company phone.
- Very user friendly and ease of use, fast and good notification system when the payment are on their way.
- It has really helped me organize my expenses and invoices. Reporting module is good too and multiple invoices upload is a good addition.
Cons
- A future/invalid date could give an error flag or prevent submission, but one should still be allowed to file it.
- I miss a button where i can automatically remind the responsible persons to approve my expenses. Sometimes they forget about it.
- No reason to dislike it yet because only used it oncw.
Pros
- Excellent customer service, simple to use, and we have a number of approval sets ups and cost centers that are pretty complex. The team did an excellent job of assisting with the setup.
- The app version is good and maintains good functionality. The layout of the system is user friendly.
- Love how the App links to your online account and how the receipt attachments can be categorized for ease of auto recognition.
Cons
- I sometimes see web application stalling if the data connection is poor and dropping out.
- It can be a bit confusing when you're submitting a claim in regard to putting in the receipt information versus the claim information.
- Viewing receipts - some images cannot be zoomed or orientated. Reports can be awkward to produce.
