Clickboarding is a game changer
overall I am very pleased with the product and hope to build out more survey options for offboarding.
PROSWe started as a completely paper process and everything was manual. Now we have all of our onboarding paperwork in clickboarding which has increased efficiencies in HR. We bring in around 500 new employee a year.
CONSI struggle with the 3rd party vendors for the everify account. When I contacted customer support through clickboarding, they told me to contact USCIS and they told me to contact the vendor. I tried that with no response and this has been 2 weeks now.

Clickboarding Review from a complex organization
This software gives the orientation process a professional feel. Our previous onboarding experience was not standard across our company, so we now have a standard onboarding platform that provides our candidates a quality onboarding experience.
CONSWe are a very large, complex company that does not have a true HRIS platform. So because of our uniqueness and special requests for our internal Integrations it makes keeping the forms and process up-to-date a little difficult.

CB Review
Overall CB is doing what we need it to do, but at a bare minimum. We have been able to get creative with our engineering team to supplement some of CB short falls.
PROSBuilding forms are easy and setting up the processes are easy.
CONSThere are several features that are missing that we discuss often with our CSM [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]. The list is honestly too long to detail here, but happy to speak to anyone on the CB team about it.
Reason for choosing Click Boarding
Mobile friendly, ease of configuration, promised reporting (still not a feature), etc.
Reasons for switching to Click Boarding
I was hired after that decision was made. I think the UI and mobile friendly application weighed heavily on the decision.

Sold a lot of things that it cannot do exactly what we needed
New hire paperwork being completed ahead of time.
PROSNew Hires can easily complete paperwork online prior to starting including mobile optimization which is awesome! The I-9/E-Verify Integration is great. The ease to set up a candidate.
CONSThe state form issue, we have many states and it continues to give forms for our home state which is confusing to new hires at remote locations. Some things seem to be more steps than it needs to be. Not being able to log in and approve multiple assigned tasks. Having to log in each time you click a task in an email to approve.

Hello, Stephanie - Thank you for providing valuable feedback about your Click Boarding experience. We suspect your location details are not set up correctly in the platform or your tax information page is not clear on which address to provide. This may cause the candidate to provide incorrect details, resulting in receiving incorrect state tax forms. We also have a work address override form (admin-facing form) to use with remote workers. It's placed at the beginning of the process and overrides the default work address, delivering the correct state forms.
