This software is user friendly. Being the administrator isn't hard either because ClickTime has an excellent support team that takes out time to listen and help to the best of their ability.

For the tool to be complete, I believe that a simple document manager is missing, such as the possibility of attaching the contract/proposal in the project register.

As an administrator I find the program to be very straight forward and user friendly. Every time I call in to get help or ask a question they are professional, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Kudos to ClickTime for making this a priority and for hiring good, smart people.

The product was very intuitive and easy to use. The main reason we used this item was its integration with Quickbooks, and that functioned very well.

For the money, Clicktime is the best value. The user interface and ease of use is simple yet highly effective.

Requires upgrade, which is time consuming and costly. Obligation to chose client before assignement is a drawback.

ClickTime is always rolling out new features and making improvements to the project. The help resources are great and easy to use if you have a question or encounter an issue.

This is only a minor inconvenience but caused some concern after the initial roll out.

It helps us track what we need and is easy to navigate. Any time I need to contact customer support, they are super helpful, professional and timely.

Occasionally we have a conflict with our computer settings and clicktime.

With man-hours and computer time being separate entries, we had problems when we could not exceed 24 hours in a day (i.e. work more than 12.5 hours in a single day).

We really enjoy the ability to have many different funders and projects. We like the ability to customize who can charge to certain projects.

I would like to be able to easily duplicate a day to another day in case I accidentally track on the wrong day.

The reporting features were great with lots of customization and ability to save steps. Easy to set up new users and super simple to train.

Half of them forget to do their timcards and the other half do them incorrectly. It's always the lowest priority and often times takes hours to do if you are behind on them.

ClickTime has been a great addition to our company. It has simplified the way we track time and costs making it easier to see where we need to devote resources.

Its fantastic and scalable - meaning that it suits an expanding business such as ours perfectly.

Upon deciding to leave Paychex, I found that they have things set up to make it as difficult and expensive as possible to leave.

There are errors, random (i may add) that happen from time to time which is very annoying when using the phone app. It needs a lot of work from their development team.

Its an easy to use software which helps you to easily clock in and out, easy to schedule time offs and share with others.

They also have amazing customer service which they make personal and memorable.

I am most pleased with the ease of their system and the broad availability of reports. Additionally, their customer service exceeds my expectations every time.

Overall, I like Paychex Flex. This allows me to not have to contact HR for minor questions, like, what do my benefits say about the deductible or requesting time off from my manager.

Having everything in one space including payroll, HR and reporting is a fantastic concept. It's very easy to enter payroll for your administration and flex is a very self-guided program.

Being able to integrate all of the information you need access to prevents a lot of headaches.

For the most part, Paychex Flex is a wonderful integrated HRIS product. It is truly full cycle, from recruiting to succession planning, training, through the end of employment.

Love that it keeps up with the time. Facial recognition has been integrated for the users and that is wonderful.

I like the general ease of use that this software offers. I have had favorable experiences with my current payroll account manager.

What I like most about Paychex Flex is the payroll management and tracking segment of the website. The new updates provide a fresh clean look and everything is extremely easy to find.

Customer service is horrible. Prices are extremely high.

Loved that they took all the background Payroll processes like Taxes, YearEnd forms (W2 & 1099). Found that there was a lot that you can utilize on the platform.

Definitely happy with it and very useful. It's great to have the option to use the time card feature on my computer.

How easily the software/app is to use & how very helpful their customer service agents are, also the price is inexpensive compared to other companies.

The lack of information from the company and lack of editing use for the app.

3 Weeks after cancelling no one called and they had the audacity to not only try and bill us but add charges because they tried to pull from our bank for payroll and we cut them off.

The customer service is terrible. Our account rep is changed  every few months and we are not notified until we try to process payroll and find the other person is gone.

It was a very simple system, and we were very pleased with what it offered.

Paychex made multiple errors with my account from initial implementation. Company charged higher than quoted invoice fees and was difficult to get a response from my specialist.

Overall, it's been a great experience. I would highly recommend this to others.

I've really enjoyed the Paychex Flex app in my years of usage. Like I've said before, it's incredibly easy to navigate and view stubs, tax information, etc.

Payroll processing was pretty good. Account is active even after leaving company.
