Pros
- This software is user friendly. Being the administrator isn't hard either because ClickTime has an excellent support team that takes out time to listen and help to the best of their ability.
- As an administrator I find the program to be very straight forward and user friendly. Every time I call in to get help or ask a question they are professional, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
Cons
- For the tool to be complete, I believe that a simple document manager is missing, such as the possibility of attaching the contract/proposal in the project register.
- Requires upgrade, which is time consuming and costly. Obligation to chose client before assignement is a drawback.
Pros
- Paycom is an efficient and user friendly HRIS system that includes applicant tracking, on-boarding, payroll, and HR metrics. This is a wonderful, cost friendly tool for small non-profits.
- I love that it allows employees the ability to access and change their profiles and be responsible for their timecards.
Cons
- THE QUICK PUNCH SOMETIMES DOES NOT WORK AND DOES NOT REGISTER MY PUNCH IN OR OUT. WHICH THEN GIVES ME A MISSED PUNCH STATUS.
- Some of my staff have complained about the software not working correctly when downloaded as an application on their phones.
