  • Pros

  • This software is user friendly. Being the administrator isn't hard either because ClickTime has an excellent support team that takes out time to listen and help to the best of their ability.
  • As an administrator I find the program to be very straight forward and user friendly. Every time I call in to get help or ask a question they are professional, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
  • Cons

  • For the tool to be complete, I believe that a simple document manager is missing, such as the possibility of attaching the contract/proposal in the project register.
  • Requires upgrade, which is time consuming and costly. Obligation to chose client before assignement is a drawback.

  • The simplest of its features is one I love the most: the fact that your timer can count money and not just hours/minutes/seconds.
  • Timely is verrrrryyyy super. You can accurately track your working time effortlessly.
  • Cons

  • The pricing models are not extensively flexible as it needs to have modules based pricing such that the needy ones buy only what they need.
  • Inability to create flexible-time appointments.
