  • Pros

  • They are polite and on top of things and even check in with us to ensure we are having the best experience possible.
  • The ease of set up and use is great and the pricing is very competitive. We have always gotten answers to our questions quickly.
  • Clock shark is so user friendly as well as ease of job reporting and employee tracking. The customer service is outstanding!!!! I have never been disappointed or not had a situation resolved.
  • Cons

  • I'm still unsure about ClockShark's billing. Our hourly staff turnover is relatively high and getting charged for a month of services for a person who left after three days seems costly.
  • No way to customize them other than the basic per job or per employee, and date. So many of them were useless, and none of them are accurate for us because of the fluctuation in prevailing wage rates.
  • Nothing special to keep me using the app, just grew bored and lazy of experimenting with this type of things.

  • I love many features about Paylocity. The ease of use is outstanding and the dedicated customer support is fantastic.
  • The fact that our staff can clock in and out remotely from their cell phones is great. Not having to print paystubs each time because they are available online is very nice.
  • Software is very straight forward and easy to use. Customer Service is fantastic and one huge benefit why we stay.
  • Cons

  • Implementation was a disgrace. Our first implementation consultant disappeared and no one knew where she went.
  • Reporting can be a struggle since many standard reports from Paylocity involve merged cells without one single row of data. Customer service is very hit or miss depending on responds to the requests.
  • Customer service is horrendous. We were told we would have an "Account Manager" That indicated to me that I'd have one person who answer my emails or phone calls.
