Sometimes we have problems with synchronization, the application on the phone does not synchronize and the time is calculated poorly.

The integration with QuickBooks and ADP is nice as well.

The ease of use is amazing, love the app for my crew, GPS tracking is awesome, and it makes my job easier to manage crew time.

They also have great customer service. Felicia did an amazing job taking care of my concern.

Software is very easy to use and user friendly with help of video tutorial provided within the platform and it is i can say one of best GPS and time tracking software.

I am saving time on processing payroll and support has been awesome on helping me learn the program and work through all the kninks.

Overall, I was happy with the system. It allowed us to gain control and have visibility over when and where people were clocking in and out, which previously had not been monitored or controlled.

So far I am enjoying using ClockShark. I like the feature of tracking employees and again the ease of the schedule.

Customer service has been amazing, helping with set-up to every day questions.

Also like the budgeted hours, as we get notified when close t our budget on a particular job. The geo fence is great also.

Best feature is the customer service. They are very responsive and care about the company.

The layout is easy and intuitive. The ability to be mobile is fantastic.

Nothing special to keep me using the app, just grew bored and lazy of experimenting with this type of things.

I'm still unsure about ClockShark's billing. Our hourly staff turnover is relatively high and getting charged for a month of services for a person who left after three days seems costly.

There have also been times when an employee clocks in or out on their mobile app and it doesn't sync with the program. Most of the time this happens in locations with poor cell or internet service.

The gps tracking feature is great when you have an employee out in the field who has mechanical issues...he/she can be easily tracked to quickly receive any help needed.

The reports generated are amazing which helps you give a better insight into your business and makes Payroll day so much more easy.

The greatest quality of the app is the customer service and the flexibility the app provides to both the company and the employees.

The GPS functionality is the amazing part. Having that combined with an updated time card system is great.

They are polite and on top of things and even check in with us to ensure we are having the best experience possible.

We like the ability to link this software with Zapier.

The support team is very quick to give feedback and help with any technical issues that may arise. They are also working on ways to innovate the hiring process and take feedback from users well.

And a downside of the API integration is that resumes get uploaded to the website files and then sent to Workable, so it leaves a lot of crumbs behind.

Customer service so far has been a bit hard to communicate. It maybe a rare occurrence,  no more after more usage.

The lack of boolean searching within the candidate database is very frustrating.

This system has really been great for us. It is easy to create jobs, post, and make notes throughout the process.

The tone was downright rude. Because we don't need anything too complicated, we decided to move to another ATS with a slightly lower cost.

Software and features are very intuitive. If you run into an issue their support is top notch and they have great guides.

They were absolutely rude, I wanted to post a job and my posting was immediately rejected, they were incredibly unhelpful and refused to assist me.

Workable is very modern, nice and intuitive UI, easy to learn and to use.

Much better than tracking applicants manually. Good software with good set of features.

Poor customer service, lack of applicants. Get better results directly on Ziprecruiter or Indeed.

The best part of the software is its functionality and ease of use. It is very easy to teach hiring managers to utilize this.

It was nice in searching new best applicants and good in making reports. Help me to in monitoring projects of employees.

Its UI is fantastic, integration with sites such as indeed, monster etc. are seamless and have many other integrations are great.

It felt hard to use compared to similar products from other companies.

Easy integration to Co. website. Easy posting to both free and paid job boards.

Overall Workable has been a huge time saver. It is really amazing to only need to post one job description and have it posted to multiple job sites simultaneously.

This tool saves so much time that it is worth it despite the high cost. You can set up a job opening very quickly with a simple wizard.

IT was great from search to implementation to using it, the experience was very positive and the impact it made to our recruitment activities was apparent day one.

We love having everything related to the candidate in one place. And being able to have the entire hiring team able to collaborate in one space is excellent.

Its basic, wasn't able to schedule send emails and in app emailing function was a bit confusing sometimes.
