Coderpad - I could do this better in notepad.

Coderpad was less expensive than a previous utility used. I guess one gets what they pay for. I am not a researcher - this is software is part of my job function.

PROS

The GUI editor online is somewhat nice.

CONS

To provide a decent assessment of multiple skills multiple coderpads are required; leading to a negative end user experience which would potentially scare away prospective candidates. Database support is non-existent for golang products Multi-disciplinary engineers were not considered for coderpad.

Reasons for switching to CoderPad

The expense of multiple Hiring Managers was pretty significant with Qualified.io I wasn't involved in the decision process.
