Pros/Cons
Pros
- How structured the interview practice is, the kind of testing it has and the social network built in. The editor is clean and easy to use and the test cases are very clear as well.
- Very friendly, fun interface. Felt more like a game than a challenge.
- It was a very good experience. I could be able to complete my assessments and every time I was not sure about some situation there was a real help on all page bottoms.
Cons
- Nothing in particular struck me as bad about this software.
- No solutions are given in educational problems.
- I observed that same problems are repeated often in a short span.
Pros
- Another really positive aspect that I would like to highlight is that the platform has a great interface, the design makes sense and you can easily find what you're looking for.
- Candidates love it and their results do a good job of predicting future performance. It is easy to use and you can choose from their library of premade programming tasks or build your own.
- Ensuring a good baseline for technical skill-sets in our candidates. Ensuring our candidates are thorough and do their best to build solutions that cover edge-cases.
Cons
- The MVP will be buggy, the team frustrated, and the whole recruitment process will have to start all over for the specific position.
- When the same candidate answer more than one test, it doesn’t shows the results separately, only the average score, which can be a little confusing.
- We've cut down the amount of in-person interviews we need to hold by 65+% by being able to realize what the level of experience the candidate demonstrates within code very similar to our own.
