Great Product!
I loved CodinGame for work it's a perfect tool for students and professionals to improve and learn a new programming language.
Pros
The software is great for learning programming through gamifying and works on more different languages.
Cons
There is particularly anything that I didn't like about the software as it is a perfect tool for learning how to code.

Great way to let your non-technical team quickly scale recruiting efforts
We use Codingame to hasten our recruiting process by shortening the screening process. A single non-technical person can qualify based on the scores provided by Codingame, so that the following steps of the process are more efficient for our technical team.
Pros
I like that it already has an extensive library of tests that we can immediately use to screen for the roles that we're looking for. The UI is simple enough that non-technical users can navigate and use with no trouble. It's powerful enough for our technical team to review in detail what the candidates do.
Cons
I'd like to see a few technologies implemented in their libraries such as ruby, and devops. Also, some of the more powerful features require the enterprise plan which is a lot more expensive than the business plan.

Fun way to improve your programming skills
It is a very useful tool, for learning or recruiting purposes. The learning curve is kinda low, it is intuitive and offers a wide variety of programming languages. The programming exercises for developers are very fun, simulating games with cool looking graphics.
Pros
Codingame offers a robust yet simple interface so that beginners, enthusiasts and experienced programmers can improve their programming skills. It is very useful for students, engaging them with cool looking graphics differently from some other coding apps on the market. I like the fact that it has available a wide variety of programming languages so any programmer from any background can jump right in. The programming tests that companies send to candidates are also good. You are given a tutorial test with an infinite number of tries before initiating the real test, and the report at the end is detailed enough.
Cons
The timer from the recruiting programming tests could be bigger or at least more visible. I have missed the timing to submit questions a couple of times.

At times it can get confusing to find what you’re looking for within the search bars.
