Very positive experience. Customer service from Cognology really good and the product met our needs and was easy to use.

It's extremely user friendly and easy to navigate; integrates with our other systems and offers interactive opportunities for teams to communicate with each other and their manager.

Sign off process is a little confusing. Folder management is also a bit clunky.

We like the automation of emails that are sent by the system.

We can customize it as we grow to fit with our new requirements and it's uncluttered and a pretty system to look at.

I cannot say there is anything that we have come across with the software that we don't like.

As someone who sets up the 360 assessments, I am impressed but how much detail there. You can check in, you can send follow up emails, you can see dashboard reports in realtime.

Ease of use, cost effectivenes, amazing self configuration.

I did not find a serious con that made me dislike this product. The only negative side I can think of is that, given its structure, it may be hard to envision it as a calendar.

For such a helpful tool, it is pretty simple to navigate. The interface is clean and user friendly for instance there a templates included to help guide users who may not know where to start.

The title says it all, if you like to be organized then this is fantastic software. After using it for a long time I realized that I do NOT like to be organized.

Because the text was automatically all highlighted when clicking on the box, I have accidentally deleted texts from description boxes before and was unable to recover it.

What I like most about Trello is the ability to neatly lay out tasks and share those tasks with other users that have an interest in the progress or users that will also be working on the tasks.
