compACT is a compensation management software-as-a-service solution for companies of all sizes. It offers salary review, bonus management and incentive administration, among other features. Cloud-based and on-premise deployments are available.
compACT helps manage long-term compensation plans, such as stock options and equity, as well as short-term incentives and bonuses. Compensation groups can be created so that guidelines and business rules can be applied to multiple salary and incentive plans. Role-based permissions allow managers, human resources teams and staff appropriate levels of access to information.
Users have access to a built-in suite of reports and charts, including market and intraorganizational compensation comparisons. Reports can be configured for a specific population, and formatting can be modified to suit the user’s needs, then exported for review.
