"It has many options to customize the way you keep track of time, tasks, and helps with having internal communication within the platform's chat feature."

"The platform delivers a strong, user-friendly mobile and web experience for frontline teams, making scheduling, time tracking, and team communication simple and reliable."

"The tool has great time tracking capability so we are able to ensure employees reports to their duties on time through the clock in/out time which promotes to high productivity."

"What I liked least about Connecteam is that it sometimes goes down or experiences technical issues, which can be frustrating when trying to communicate with the team or access important information. When the system is unavailable, it can delay tasks and make it difficult for employees to check schedules, complete assignments, or receive updates."

"It works well for me the scheduler from my computer, but it is not the best application for our field crew because of the large context the application opens up in on a phone."

"Also I would like it to be easier for my staff to access the forms - I want them to be able to fill out their shift report easily after every shift but it doesn't allow me to attach it to the shift with the current plan."
