Core-Strategy tool that keeps getting better with every release

Transparency, internal communication and internal planning

PROS

The software provides OKR, Balanced Scorecard, Strategic Roadmap and Strategy Map which has helped reinforce best practices. Additionally, Core-CSI also brought their management expertise to bear and made sure our system was setup correctly and we are able to fully leverage the tool.

CONS

A comprehensive tool not just OKR, it takes bit longer to learn all the features.

A lot of features, nice and quick implementation

I am a strategic consultant and because of Core-Strategy robust features I suggest this tool to all of my customers. This tool provides numerous features such as: organization and user hierarchy, drivers, goals, objectives and strategic initiatives tracking along with may evaluation models such as: OKR, Balanced Scorecard, Strategy Roadmap and visual strategy developer module.

PROS

The software interface is robust and user friendly.

CONS

No major cons at this time, the tool is MVP state and already has a comprehensive number of features at very competitive cost.

Product Review

It integrates with our agile process thus weekly sprints, weekly meetings and monthly project reports are more impactful.

PROS

This product has assisted us in keeping track of all the project or program changes some of our customers invoke during development and deployment cycle. We have integrated this product with the existing agile process. It has helped with SDLC and DevOps life cycle.
