I was able to quickly build out a communications calendar for our social media and a grants tracking table from their templates and quickly customized it to our needs. I was also able to send out our newsletter to clusters of recipients and track opening and link utilization. It was incredibly easy to onboard my peers, they customized feeds, added comments, and found our tracking of projects more detailed and reliable, especially because we could link our Google drive and quickly attach documents for review and cross communication, not only did they find the platform easy to adapt to, they felt more productive and engaged. #### Cons We have been with Monday.com for almost three years and just over a year ago we ran into a billing and platform upgrade simultaneously, this caused a problem for us to log in and we had to step back to the legacy product while they worked the big out.
