  • Pros

  • This has been great to consolidate our multiple vendors into one platform. Easy to use, great support help.
  • The ease of and accessibility of reporting and the self-service features for employees, including the always-expanding app, is wonderful.
  • Cons

  • Password resets are difficult; I am not sure if this is just because of the way we have it setup but it is an arduous process to get someone's password reset when they forget it.
  • The implementation team did a terrible job setting up the software for our company.

  • I found the software user friendly and I enjoyed the responsive design and easy to understand pricing system. I also liked the familiar Kanban board design.
  • I liked the ease of use, the interactivity, and the great features that it has, even in the free version.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes the emails get lost in spam or are hard to find so people can miss updates. I wish it has a desktop notifications.
  • Actually I do not have any complaints about the software, it has work greatly. Maybe the only problem would be that you need internet connection.
