I like how easy it was to move from another provider to them and integrate. It is an easy platform to navigate and to put employees into different groups so they have different visibility depending on what oversight is needed e.g. for a Benefits Manager, Payroll Manager etc Cons: They do not provide good communication around deadlines e.g. p11d processing which has meant that it has cost us more time/effort. Reasons for switching to Deel The reason was to include payroll as we had an external payroll provider before separate to Bamboo and we wanted one that offered all. The contract signing process was smooth. Managing withdraw sources is also hassle free. Among these I liked the contract signing ux most. I didn’t find any bugs in my experience. The Notification and Alerting are very helpful, it even provides a notification if someone logs in from other device, so there are lots of this kind of helpful alerts and relevant notifications. As the onboarding ux is seamless, I think it’s the best tool for remote employee management. Cons: I don’t find any bugs or issues so far. However, I think the steps of legal document reviews could be AI assisted, so that user can grab specific impressions from those. The app used to be slow and laggy, but the latest version is much better. The only thing I'd like to see improved is that local US bank account payouts show a $5 ACH transfer fee.
