As the onboarding ux is seamless, I think it’s the best tool for remote employee management. - Deel allows me to receive my salary in the US, and transfer it to my bank account in the country I live in very quickly, and with a low commission. - The platform's automated contract generation, localized legal compliance checks, and centralized document management save considerable administrative time. ### Most mentioned cons - it is nice and good in most of the things but you have pay withdrawal fees if you want to withdraw the money via Deel card, also the debit card they issue is not very safe and secure as a scammer used my card in some other country and it takes a lot of time to get the scammed money back even though customer support was able to confirm that the transactions were frauds and done by someone else. - I also find that the customer support response times can be a bit slow during peak payroll periods, and I sometimes have to navigate through a few layers of automated chatbots before reaching a human who can help with specific tax questions. - The primary issue I've encountered is related to the fees associated with receiving my payments. Its also great that Deel handles the local taxes for us, so we do not have to worry about it. #### Cons Support is a nightmare if you have some type of Tax Issue with your employees; they just continue to send tickets back and forth for weeks until they finally find a local specialist. And of course they are quick to work on any issues that may happen, and you will always get updated responses and notifications to ensure your money and transactions were done by you and only you. #### Cons To be honest, it's a little confusing to find the place where you can talk to an actual person to fix issues instead of getting automated responses from the machine. But really, it's there.
