  • Pros

  • Overall, the service is excellent, the customer services and the features are amazing, being a digital nomad and having to travel a lot, Deel helps me keep track of my work and clients.
  • Customer success team and support were great and we've always had a good experience with them.
  • Overall everything works perfectly, and it does its job like it should. I'm very, very happy with how things are working right now and I wouldn't change it.
  • Cons

  • Nothing short of bad, a road full of hiccups and disaster. It was so bad that <2 months in we started looking at switching to another provider.
  • The whole thing is simply terrible. They seem to have cool features and options but they don't really work as they should so there's that.
  • Takes the burden off employers to hire globally.

  • I love many features about Paylocity. The ease of use is outstanding and the dedicated customer support is fantastic.
  • The fact that our staff can clock in and out remotely from their cell phones is great. Not having to print paystubs each time because they are available online is very nice.
  • Software is very straight forward and easy to use. Customer Service is fantastic and one huge benefit why we stay.
  • Cons

  • Implementation was a disgrace. Our first implementation consultant disappeared and no one knew where she went.
  • Reporting can be a struggle since many standard reports from Paylocity involve merged cells without one single row of data. Customer service is very hit or miss depending on responds to the requests.
  • Customer service is horrendous. We were told we would have an "Account Manager" That indicated to me that I'd have one person who answer my emails or phone calls.
