"The most intriguing feature was the ability to choose whether or not to blur screenshots. While other time tracking software also offers screenshot functionality, DeskTime's option to blur sensitive information sets it apart."

"If the billing fails in any case, instead of sending the notification to the administrator the software becomes annoying to all the users giving a ping every few mins, which is annoying to the limit of completely unsubscribing from the product."

"I haven't used DeskTime for long, but I can't see anywhere I could write a note on the idle time I've had during my work day to jot down meetings, on-location assignments photo-/film-shoots etc."

"The only thing I would say I least like about the software is the fact that some of our agents still experience glitches, if the app is left running in the background overnight. When you start working the next day, it may not register the working time, so we've decided to turn it off after work, and back on the following day."
