Pros
- Overall very good experience. Please continue the annual discounts, it's great for SME companies like ours.
- Absolutely thrilled to be using this. Provides One of the best customer care experience.
- I've bee using Desktime for years so far. It's my favorite software for time tracking it's really accurate and provide good interface for both parties all my team are in love with the app.
Cons
- No, except I can see how slackers would be terrified of it...LOL.
- Desktime is used to monitor our remote workers but we know the system can be cheated.
- I find the charts and information a little confusing to understand at times. It won't fetch all information and sometimes it causes some misunderstandings.
Pros
- Its clean interface is great for generating reports to ensure you're billing accurately. Furthermore, I love that it has apps for Mac, Windows and Linux.
- I appreciate the user-friendly interface and its ability to track employee activity levels, which can help managers to optimize productivity and identify areas for improvement.
- Hubstaff is a great tool. It's really simple to use and it's even fun and motivating to check the amount that you are going to receive bases on the work time.
Cons
- The only complaint y a user interface problem, sometimes when you minimize and open the tool again, it may not display the buttons correctly, and it might be required to close it and reopen it.
- It is sometimes prone to crash or log you out automatically which makes tracking hours more difficult.
- This software needs some serious TLC if it's going to accuse someone for not doing something when it is obvious they are.
