At this point, it is in building teamwork to iron out unnecessary obstacles to staff from working well together.
PROSIt wasn't just me; my client users were all in agreement that the accuracy of Discover was right up there. The ease of use and the speed of use were selling factors. Another most key point was the support from the Discover team. They are always ready to help wherever there is a need.
CONSAt this point, honestly? It's hard to think of a point I like least. It's a good tool to help an organization understand how personality aspects work in communication and collaboration to bring about increase in productivity and profitability of the organization.
