  • Pros

  • Customer service reps are very pleasant and helpful. The UI and all info on dashboard is great - all info is in real-time too.
  • I really like how you can graphically present high-level data and then give users the ability to drill down to get the underlying data based on multiple parameters.
  • Cons

  • Domo has cut the distance between themselves and Tableau, but they still have not surpasses them.
  • The support case has been open for nearly a month and has just been escalated to someone that appears to know how to read the code I have been sending them to trouble shoot THEIR integration.

  • I think the calendar with everyone's birthday is amazing. Of course, the time off and tasks are just added bonuses in my opinion.
  • The ease of use and prioritization of the to-do list was great.
  • Cons

  • Also, if an email is scheduled to go out a few days in the future, there's no way to edit or make changes to the scheduled email once you've onboarded the new hire.
  • In getting up and running, the directive on how to load historical data from the employee perspective was vague.
