No incentive was offered #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 4/5 - Functionality: 5/5 #### Pros A supervisor conducting performance evaluations for an employee may access the employee's prior assessment, objectives, comments, and any comments they made on them during the year through a drop-down option on the very same tab. #### Cons It notifies all multi-raters whenever I email them a memo, etc. I'd want to choose who is informed or notified. This is important both in learning and team development process. Possibility to share with my colleagues, some competitive area works very good! #### Cons For me, as for trainer, was real "headache" to create micro-learning programme :) How can I put material that usually takes 2-3 hours into 2 minutes? But at the end of day I recognised that essence always takes so long! 1-2 minutes, short discussion or short task, but every day, can give sometimes even more comparing to long reads and hours of trainings. Really like this short tasks and mini-theory.
