Efficient Hire support is top notch as well. Cons: The price is a bit higher than average but we justified this through a substantial increase in our work opportunity tax credits. The in-house WOTC processing has increased our company's refund by nearly 20%. Cons: The installation took about two weeks. This eliminates a lot of time we originally spent on their first day - withholding forms, policies, direct deposit, etc. This also transfers their information onto ISolved/ Payroll Network Cons: Sometimes the tool doesn't transfer all their information into iSolved/Payroll network, like their EEO, Veteran status, and disability so I still have to double check all the information.
