Without a doubt this is the easiest new employee onboarding software for my employees and managers to use. Efficient Hire support is top notch as well.

The price is a bit higher than average but we justified this through a substantial increase in our work opportunity tax credits.

The software is very user friendly, and you can customize the software to fit your company needs. The in-house WOTC processing has increased our company's refund by nearly 20%.

The installation took about two weeks. I suppose that's not too bad considering some software companies take up to 2 months to get going.

Customer service is really great, and has made onboarding much smoother and easier. This eliminates a lot of time we originally spent on their first day - withholding forms, policies, direct deposit, etc. This also transfers their information onto ISolved/ Payroll Network

Sometimes the tool doesn't transfer all their information into iSolved/Payroll network, like their EEO, Veteran status, and disability so I still have to double check all the information.
