  • Pros

  • Nice interface, ease of use, personal adviser and nice communication in general. We are so happy to cooperate and our trusting relationship with all open-minded people who work there.
  • Effy is a free and super robust feedback plataform, easy to use, AI resources to help in the feedback process, and easy for people to engage and see feedbacks.
  • The best performance management and people management. But the most important and coolest thing is the reaction of the developers to feedback and wishes of customers.
  • Cons

  • Also, for us, the issue of registration of vacations and sick leaves was acute, because we have quite a lot of employees and the previous mail-order leave scheme has become ineffective.
  • There is no settings to launch survey in a bulk, requires to click every employee to run a survey. No analytics in the context of the whole company, specific departments etc.
  • There are no decision chains. From this, you have to invent something.

  • I love many features about Paylocity. The ease of use is outstanding and the dedicated customer support is fantastic.
  • The fact that our staff can clock in and out remotely from their cell phones is great. Not having to print paystubs each time because they are available online is very nice.
  • Software is very straight forward and easy to use. Customer Service is fantastic and one huge benefit why we stay.
  • Cons

  • Implementation was a disgrace. Our first implementation consultant disappeared and no one knew where she went.
  • Reporting can be a struggle since many standard reports from Paylocity involve merged cells without one single row of data. Customer service is very hit or miss depending on responds to the requests.
  • Customer service is horrendous. We were told we would have an "Account Manager" That indicated to me that I'd have one person who answer my emails or phone calls.
