  • Pros

  • Superb Customer Service and Support Staff: Throughout both the pre- and post-implementation phases, I received assistance that was competent, fast, and effective.
  • Great features and useability. The interactive nature of the system together with the ability for staff to build credits and cash backs is a fantastic incentive.
  • Very user friendly application and easy to navigate. Great to monitor processes and progress.
  • Cons

  • The least is reminders of due projects can be annoying most times.
  • It is just another thing I have to do to tick boxes, so I think it is a waste of time.
  • There was no audio function to read out texts.

  • Pros

  • I like how easy it is to find and verify my own employment/benefit/pay information, and the org chart has been super useful as a new employee at my current company.
  • The system is very user friendly and our employees enjoy the flexibility of accessing their data on a mobile device. The managers are extremely happy with the custom reports.
  • It has help keep organization a top priority, while being easy to use. Additionally, Customer Support is not only very helpful but always readily available.
  • Cons

  • I very quickly realized that this system was not going to work for our team and moved to cancel our account and the customer service was pretty awful, going all the way up to upper management.
  • The only problem I have is going back to add hours, if I forgot to clock in/out.
  • This software is limited in the sense that when you are trying to do bulk uploading for time cards it will not let you do it if it's towards the end of a pay period.
