Pros
- Superb Customer Service and Support Staff: Throughout both the pre- and post-implementation phases, I received assistance that was competent, fast, and effective.
- Great features and useability. The interactive nature of the system together with the ability for staff to build credits and cash backs is a fantastic incentive.
- Very user friendly application and easy to navigate. Great to monitor processes and progress.
Cons
- The least is reminders of due projects can be annoying most times.
- It is just another thing I have to do to tick boxes, so I think it is a waste of time.
- There was no audio function to read out texts.
Pros
- Proliant is amazing - their customer service is incredible. They are quick to respond, friendly, and always helpful.
- Proliant has a great business model with excellent customer service. They also have a very supportive team.
- The integration process was seamless. The customer service is wonderful, and the ease of use is fantastic.
Cons
- We hated loosing our implementation staff [SENSITIVE CONTENT] however our support staff [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is all [SENSITIVE CONTENT] said she would be.
- I have trouble sometimes with the effective dating of records, because our company does payroll in arrears and it can be confusing how to end date and begin date information in our case.
- Be weary if they try to sell you their software.
