  • Pros

  • Of the few software that with the first use I have fallen in love completely. It is interesting to use and the truth is that I am delighted.
  • We use this service to conduct all of our background checks on all hires and find it very easy to use and and customer support is fantastic, every question is answered promptly.
  • Cons

  • The biggest downside is human error and paying for it, but it has made us more diligent about our accuracy, so it's not that big of a downside.
  • When selecting multiple background checks, it is difficult to keep track of the different sections for each background check.

  • Pros

  • One of their competitors has some nice offerings, but we found that they were mostly for larger companies with more employees than we have. Gusto seemed a perfect fit for our size and our budget.
  • The simplicity and ease of setting it up and using everyday is a big plus. The detailed instructions and guides about state laws is fantastic.
  • Cons

  • Even after having an account with the company, I was unable to log into the android version. I was confused to whether the app even had anything to do with the company.
  • The problems continued into this year - anytime I had a problem, it consistently took waaaaaay to much time to get a response from someone who could actually fix my problem.
