Of the few software that with the first use I have fallen in love completely. It is interesting to use and the truth is that I am delighted.

The biggest downside is human error and paying for it, but it has made us more diligent about our accuracy, so it's not that big of a downside.

We use this service to conduct all of our background checks  on all hires and find it very easy to use and and customer support is fantastic, every question is answered promptly.

The data can be out of date and it can be very expensive to run just one background. Also it can be difficult to cancel.

My over all experience was awful. Iwould never use them again.

It missed so much in regards to professional licenses and DEA license, firearm license, etc. In addition, even with an exact location and birthdate, almost half of the data was incorrect.

Being charged monthly for a service I never ordered. When I finally got someone, after multiple calls, emails and negative reviews, I finally got a response only to find out the person doesn't exist.

I've used this for conducting background checks on people I have worked with and given jobs to before. I like that it is easy to use and provides me with a peace of mind when hiring.

No one can settle this case. The so called Director of Member Services according to CS, doesn't exist and no one will transfer me to upper management to settle.
