I would use the application again if another employer I was interested in requested it.

Of the few software that with the first use I have fallen in love completely. It is interesting to use and the truth is that I am delighted.

The biggest downside is human error and paying for it, but it has made us more diligent about our accuracy, so it's not that big of a downside.

We use this service to conduct all of our background checks  on all hires and find it very easy to use and and customer support is fantastic, every question is answered promptly.

I like how hands on and user friendly it is. To have control is a huge comfort and piece of mind.

I think most companies just want the backgrounds completed asap, which doesn't always happen and is out of your control.

Emerge background checks was great. The whole process was super easy and quick.

When selecting multiple background checks, it is difficult to keep track of the different sections for each background check.

Speed at which background checks completed was rather low. Does not factor in human error.

It is incredibly user friendly and easy to use compared to the other softwares that I've tried.

But the assistance from Customer Support is outstanding, and I appreciate it very much.

Would absolutely recommend to different people.

It's  structure is boring and most bothersome part is that it allows only few file formats.

It has more features and is more sophisticated than Google's tool for surveys. It's integration with MailChimp is a top feature.

Ease of use, it was an easy set up and login and the interface was easy to navigate but also had fun colors that caught the eye.

I am unable to specifically Identify any features of this product that I am unhappy with or that do not add value.

Inability to change your survey after it has been submitted can be frustrating for some users who made a mistake in their feedback.

Excellent product, great features and functionality for paid subscribers, integrates well with other platforms.

It makes it so easy to choose a template and edit the questions. I also love the layout of the results - they are easy to read at a glance and are formatted great.

I have realized that Surveymonkey helps me and my team to better understand the metrics that we plan our work around. It’s very easy to use and pleasant to set up.

That's something I hate about it, first you waste your 2 3 minutes telling them who you are, and then they just put a small message on blank screen that you're not qualified.

Customer Support, when you pay for the top tier, is responsive and polite. Other than that, this whole service is for the birds.

Overall surveymonkey is good. It has good integrations with other software too.

We used to use Survey Monkey every three months to send out survey for our transformation challenge (our community would vote on whom should win) it is easy to use with lots of great features.

Suddenly, the $5/month option was nowhere to be found. Horrible way to rip people off just as they are frustrated enough to get their survey out.

At times if your signal is weak your and your survey is interrupted i have lost infirmation and needed to start all over again.

I love that they offer a very generous free version to help you get started if you're just starting out on a low budget and then you can grow your account as needed. That is something I value highly.

Our only recourse is to dispute the charge through our credit card company. This was beyond disappointing.

Overall, I like the features they provide and getting creative with my surveys, I am just not a fan of the pricing.

I like this software ,its a great way to communicate and stay up to date with the pandemic and donate to organazations for a great cause.

Overall, this is a good product. The biggest pro of this software is the ease of use and ability to easily share with others to complete the survey.

It could be difficult to go back and forth and it required time and patience to go back and forth if I accidentally messed something up.
