Employees can manually enter their check in and out time through web portals and mobile devices or automatically clock in and out using time capturing devices. The solution allows for the automation of pay rules and compliance requirements through custom configuration.

Built to meet the needs of all employee types, from temporary to permanent and contingent workers, the solution’s scheduling capabilities can be configured to forecast labor demand and support employee needs. The solution also helps in managing employee leaves and compliance by maintaining employee records for a specific time frame.

The WorkForce Suite includes a set of manager self-service and decision support capabilities for creating schedules, approving and correcting timesheets. It also helps in managing the time off requests, labor activities and budgets. It provides support via phone.

Timesheet Management for Large Organizations

Pros

Easy to manage employees timesheets throughout a large organization.

Cons

I wish there was a function where you could pull up punches for a store automatically like you can pull up via EE# instead of having to download an Excel spreadsheet to retrieve the data.

I had an overall good experience with Workforce suite.

Pros

I enjoyed using workforce suite. I used the website when I applied for a job. The website seems to be easy to use and navigate. There are different tabs for organizing.

Cons

I didn't find any issue with the software.
