Pros/Cons
Pros
- Love Culture Amp - easy and methodical in using before, during and after. The visualizations are like people geek eye candy.
- Very strong reporting toolkit - easy + efficient to slice and dive deep into the data. Great community to be a part of - strong thought leadership in the engagement space.
- As a not for profit I also love that it provides a fantastic survey platform for a fraction of the price- very rare to find these days.
Cons
- Plus HR departments hate having several platforms. Trust me, from a system side and reporting side its truly horrible.
- Before CultureAmp, we were knee deep in comments with no additional insight; which put us in a terrible place. We'd given our employees a voice, but we didn't know who was speaking.
- I struggled from time to time with the tech but that is more about me.
Pros
- From the ease of implementation, ability to personalize the set up of the performance process to fit our needs and culture, and the ease of use by managers and employees - All were exceptional.
- Kudos to the great customer services and the excellent guidance from. They were kind and no matter how much I asked the same questions they always help me with the process.
- I like that it is organized and user friendly. Evaluations can be hard to keep track of so this is a very nice asset to have.
Cons
- Everybody hated our performance review process.
- I see a lot of companies start huge and they lose control of the systems, then their efforts become a negative, bad-tasting initiative to the team members.
- We found it difficult to format the text boxes with some symbols, bullets, etc.
