The setup process has been a disappointing experience.

Not sure how it will scale for a larger company. The are several things that could be annoying when you have to do it for hundreds of people.

The maintaince of employee files and compliance for a rapidly growing hi turnover team of 500+ employees.

We are still in the early stages but overall, the integration of Hero Payroll and Employment Hero will ultimately save us hundreds of hours a year.

I found the information and the ease to use is great for me as I can see a lot of information in one place. Staff find it easy to use.

Generally pretty good customer service. Email support can be a little slow at times.

Most likeable feature we found in the system for our organisation is the easy integration of our Bookkeeping software and the ability to import the payroll journal.

Employment Hero also has so many great special features, and they keep adding to the platform to stay ahead of times and provide value to its costumers.

It has made onboarding a very easy and paperless. Very supporting staff members, quick response to questions and suggest better way of operating.

Some of the reporting features are not as straightforward as they should be - such as not being able to report on multiple leave types.

There are quite alot of errors and minor features that make is quite hard to use.

Employment Hero is amazing. Not only does the software solve so many problems, the company taht manage it are continually delivering new functionality and services to help business owners & operators.

Too much emphasis is on knowing the hundreds of pages of instructions and features. Timekeeping apps (Clock Me In/Workzone) are simply terrible.

Fantastic, Its easy to use and has saved us time in Onboarding, Timesheets, Leave, Performance Reviews, Safety Reporting and much more.

The onboarding team were amazing. Very easy to get along and use the software.

Integration was easy from the beginning, easy to use which got my vote, definitely love employee benefits and recommend other employer to use, I’ve never experienced an app like this.

Sometimes it can be hard to navigate, but I can put this down to just still in training.

Navigation is easy and logical. Having all employee info in one place is fantastic.

Workflows are sometimes frustrating. Once you've moved on to issuing a contract, you can't 'go back' and change the contract without deleting the entire personnel file and starting again.

That made our cost centre reporting very easy and accurate.

Now that we have worked out the kinks, I'm very excited for how we can use Employment Hero.

The software is very good for giving recognition to team members for stuff they have done to help and good work they have done for your business.

Love the visibility of our values, goals and recognition. Its been a positive influencer for the entire company and can be a useful tool in small teams in big organisations.

Very early to say - but like the ease of loading, quick. Great assistance but not done for you, but we are still on trial so can understand.

Hi5 is a great platform to boost employee engagement and encourage recognition. We used the surveys extensively which are intuitive and easy to use.

Pros of using hi5 is a good user experience, great use of colors which enhances the UI experience, can interact with 10+ people at a very low cost, managing all work followup on one trail app.

The Problem of Team member not being recognized.

Its easy to use and the customer support is speedy and effective and they also follow up.

Sometimes especially when new to the system it can be difficult to navigate to the hi5 page to give a hi5 or to see e.g. leaderboard.

The team love a GIF at the best of times so the GIPHY integration is a lovely touch, allows for some cheeky personalisation and adds a lightness to the praise.

Notifications are annoying. Could affect productivity in a minor way.

I like how interactive the platform is and how fast the customer support responds to queries.
