The setup process has been a disappointing experience.

Not sure how it will scale for a larger company. The are several things that could be annoying when you have to do it for hundreds of people.

The maintaince of employee files and compliance for a rapidly growing hi turnover team of 500+ employees.

We are still in the early stages but overall, the integration of Hero Payroll and Employment Hero will ultimately save us hundreds of hours a year.

I found the information and the ease to use is great for me as I can see a lot of information in one place. Staff find it easy to use.

Generally pretty good customer service. Email support can be a little slow at times.

Most likeable feature we found in the system for our organisation is the easy integration of our Bookkeeping software and the ability to import the payroll journal.

Employment Hero also has so many great special features, and they keep adding to the platform to stay ahead of times and provide value to its costumers.

We are using it more and more to try and spark a passion and drive within the team, through recognition and a sense of appreciation.

It has made onboarding a very easy and paperless. Very supporting staff members, quick response to questions and suggest better way of operating.

Some of the reporting features are not as straightforward as they should be - such as not being able to report on multiple leave types.

There are quite alot of errors and minor features that make is quite hard to use.

Employment Hero is amazing. Not only does the software solve so many problems, the company taht manage it are continually delivering new functionality and services to help business owners & operators.

Too much emphasis is on knowing the hundreds of pages of instructions and features. Timekeeping apps (Clock Me In/Workzone) are simply terrible.

Fantastic, Its easy to use and has saved us time in Onboarding, Timesheets, Leave, Performance Reviews, Safety Reporting and much more.

The onboarding team were amazing. Very easy to get along and use the software.

Integration was easy from the beginning, easy to use which got my vote, definitely love employee benefits and recommend other employer to use, I’ve never experienced an app like this.

Sometimes it can be hard to navigate, but I can put this down to just still in training.

Navigation is easy and logical. Having all employee info in one place is fantastic.

Workflows are sometimes frustrating. Once you've moved on to issuing a contract, you can't 'go back' and change the contract without deleting the entire personnel file and starting again.

That made our cost centre reporting very easy and accurate.

Now that we have worked out the kinks, I'm very excited for how we can use Employment Hero.

I'm very new to the program and I've been able to self navigate through the software with ease.

I dislike the record time in/out option. It is a little time consuming and confusing.

I had to lie about the child's race or the app would not let me move forward. Why would I need to add a Hispanic child as a white child, with no way to bypass or add them correctly.

I had a good experience using this software KidKare. It is very simple to install and use.

I am pretty new to using this software so i do not have a lot of bad to say about it at this time.

Software is working improper in my Xiaomi note 5 and I do not know the source of the problem.

I love that it is so user friendly and whenever I have a question the KidKare support bubble is amazing for answering questions.

Customer support is great, and the administrators are responsive to our requests for modifying the program.

This is a easy app to help with in home daycares for the food program or managing. Also with the money part.

Pretty flexible and easy to use. Was helping look for options for childcare business needs and located this.

A really good application to use for day care activity for your kids.

Ve made YouTube videos praising Kidkare and the ease of this software. It has made bookkeeping easier and more impactful for our home child care business.

Worrying about writing or running out of checks is in the past. Don't forget the interface is easy to use too.

I find this to be very easy to use. As a parent I feel very good knowing what my child is doing throughout the day.

It has been an excellent business saver time and money wise. I am so grateful for the wonderful resource it has been to my large home daycare.

This leads to errors in record keeping. I also moved from a CACFP account to a paid account and lost all my records and tax documents.

It often has technical issues and takes time to load. A couple of times caused error, which delayed the payment.

It offers accounting software. It also allows me to save a ton of time as well as money.

When I have had to call in for help the technical support has always been courteous and easy to work with and very helpful.

This is a helpful way to streamline the child care process. As a parent it makes the daycare appear  much more professional and trustworthy.

I loved this software because it helps me find child care when I need it. Its easy to use and very simple.

It has saved me a lot of time and money when I use it and my parents like the reports also.

The programs are constantly improving and building to improve record keeping with an ease for the user.

It is helpful to improve the search in an easy way.

I do everything at the end of the month all at once so having to do that is just another annoying step for me.

Great way to stay up with state requirements while providing nutritional products and keeping track of them.

I enter my meals for children of my daycare to get reimbursed money back from the food program. It is easy to use and a faster way to submit claims and receive payment.

Ive had a great experience using kidcare...I can keep track of menus and attendance way better than paper ...i am better organized and can get my stuff in quickly thank you.

The only negative I had was that sometimes the automatic payment didn't work. This was more so early on.

By and large: I love my experience the extent that my youngster care business goes.

Great healthy habits have improved and children are intaking much more fruits and vegetables.

Overall it has been a great experience with KidKare. From planning meals to the accounting feature.

I have not utilized the bookkeeping programming yet I am thinking about pursuing that. As I expressed, the client support side is the main destruction up until this point.

Its very simple and easy to use software. Pricing is reasonable too.

Overall I like it just need to improve their customer support.

I absolutely love the customer care I get when I need help. I really appreciate every call I have ever made.
