Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Convenient and easy to navigate. Great app. menu is straight forward and allows ease of accessing records.

  • I found the information and the ease to use is great for me as I can see a lot of information in one place. staff find it easy to use.

  • Cons

  • It’s really only the limitation on a seamless approach to choosing a superfund that lets it down a little, but against all other things that it saves you time on, no big deal!

  • would like more customisation areas - however, I am aware this is available more so at higher levels and may change over time in the development of the software.

  • Pros

  • I like the fact it can do pretty much anything you need it to do.

  • I like how everything is neatly organized and easy to find. I also like how you can customize your screen to show only what you need to avoid screen clutter.

  • Cons

  • Cost per user was a but high, but understandable.

  • Call center implementation is very expensive, but you also get what you pay for. More recently there are bugs of users numbers not routing correctly.
