The setup process has been a disappointing experience.

Not sure how it will scale for a larger company. The are several things that could be annoying when you have to do it for hundreds of people.

The maintaince of employee files and compliance for a rapidly growing hi turnover team of 500+ employees.

We are still in the early stages but overall, the integration of Hero Payroll and Employment Hero will ultimately save us hundreds of hours a year.

I found the information and the ease to use is great for me as I can see a lot of information in one place. Staff find it easy to use.

Generally pretty good customer service. Email support can be a little slow at times.

Most likeable feature we found in the system for our organisation is the easy integration of our Bookkeeping software and the ability to import the payroll journal.

Employment Hero also has so many great special features, and they keep adding to the platform to stay ahead of times and provide value to its costumers.

We are using it more and more to try and spark a passion and drive within the team, through recognition and a sense of appreciation.

It has made onboarding a very easy and paperless. Very supporting staff members, quick response to questions and suggest better way of operating.

Some of the reporting features are not as straightforward as they should be - such as not being able to report on multiple leave types.

There are quite alot of errors and minor features that make is quite hard to use.

Employment Hero is amazing. Not only does the software solve so many problems, the company taht manage it are continually delivering new functionality and services to help business owners & operators.

Too much emphasis is on knowing the hundreds of pages of instructions and features. Timekeeping apps (Clock Me In/Workzone) are simply terrible.

Fantastic, Its easy to use and has saved us time in Onboarding, Timesheets, Leave, Performance Reviews, Safety Reporting and much more.

The onboarding team were amazing. Very easy to get along and use the software.

Integration was easy from the beginning, easy to use which got my vote, definitely love employee benefits and recommend other employer to use, I’ve never experienced an app like this.

Sometimes it can be hard to navigate, but I can put this down to just still in training.

Navigation is easy and logical. Having all employee info in one place is fantastic.

Workflows are sometimes frustrating. Once you've moved on to issuing a contract, you can't 'go back' and change the contract without deleting the entire personnel file and starting again.

That made our cost centre reporting very easy and accurate.

Now that we have worked out the kinks, I'm very excited for how we can use Employment Hero.

The team we work with at PrimePay are amazing and very helpful when we have compliance questions or issues in general.

I like the way it enabled me to view my records at all of the locations in the archdiocese where I worked. Very convenient -- when the program used to let me in.

I worked with primepay for two payroll runs and I truly don't believe I could have possibly received a more unprofessional experience.

The price was fair for what you receive. There are some good reports that are useful for monthly payrolls, and year end reporting.

The customer service and responsiveness is quite good for a payroll company. PrimePay manages to deliver high quality features like a large company, but more high touch service like a smaller company.

The sales professionals were excellent the training was excellent and the monthly usage is intuitive and easy I highly recommend.

Payroll and tlm program are solid, and the gh onboarding platform integration is great. The response time from the email customer support team is non-existent and infuriating.

I've done 3 pay cycles with Paycom now and I'm very satisfied with the technology, customer service, and cost.

I will tell my accounting firm to look for another company. We pay you for service and this service stinks.

No lotion or PW, so I know where the pay stub is just cannot login to see.

Your online experience sucks. I have  wasted time going through your marketing questions.

My biggest frustration is that there are too many links and no integration between software.

Customer service was the worst, and overall very limited reporting capabilities. As soon as our first year end, I pulled the plug on Primepay.

The Prime Pay rep helped me force the former company to own up to their mistake and pay the fines.

Excellent service, ease of use, accuracy, great support.

The platform did not start out that way but after an upgrade by PrimePay the reports changed to that odd format.

Decent payroll software, but you're completely on your own. No support, so if you need any kind of help or have a question, prepare to be on hold for literally hours at a time.

PTO approval process after the fact (ie. someone is ill so doesn't request time off in advance because they don't know they will be ill) is clunky.

The customer  service is excellent, one of the best.

Inept - overpaid an employee with no explanation as to why and took too long to return the money.

Have been with PP for many years; always come through with the answer to some difficult questions.

I can make easy adjustments online myself. If I need help PrimePay is always there.

I wouldn't have a job if my product sucked this bad.

The software is very easy to use, very easy to navigate through for information and super easy to input payroll.
