About EPAY HCM

EPAY Human Capital Management is an integrated HR system that helps midsize and large companies track, manage and pay their employees. EPAY Systems specializes in industries like business services, staffing, manufacturing, healthcare and hospitality.

Functions of EPAY HCM include applicant tracking, onboarding, benefits administration, workforce management, time tracking and payroll. Alongside core HR functionality, you can track benefits, schedule employees, track time and attendance and process payroll. The system helps recruit talent and automates the hiring and onboarding process, eliminating manual data entry.

EPAY’s workforce management application elevates their HCM platform. Beyond capturing time and attendance, the system provides real-time visibility into labor hours and dollars. Workforce management and payroll are also available as individual modules.

Overly complicated program that is a pain to work with

I did not like this product at all and had a difficult time using this program. Everything is overly complicated and challenging for employees to utilize. I also had to wait forever for the authenticator to activate since I would get the email after the timer expired.

Pros:

The only good thing about this service was that it tried hard to integrate everything you need into one platform. You can contain all your services on this one platform.

Cons:

The UI of this platform was awful and all of their support team is overseas. Everything was complicated and having employees fill out tax information was very challenging.

Pros:

It is so simple. Log in, click, log out. Then you go do your shift. When you're done, you log in, click, log out and its that simple. You can also log in and out for lunch, check your punches. Very simple and easy to use.

Cons:

There is nothing I don't like about this software. It is just so simple, there is nothing to it, and it always works.

Easy to use

Its beneficial to me, because anytime i wanna see my checks, change anything all i gotta do is log in from my android and do it. The customer service is top notch too, i had any issue and it was resolved within a days time..

Pros:

I love how easy it is to navigate. Also how easy it was for me to change my direct deposit from my smart phone. Very simple use. When i needed to change my tax claims, it took less than a minute. Easy, simple & quick resolve.

Cons:

The only thing i didnt like was not being able to see which account old checks were deposted into. I am sure there is a wayz but I couldn't find it. Other than that, i think its a very good product/software.

Great on-line payroll service

This on-line payroll service is very easy to use to input payroll data and keep track of employee vacation/time off. It is a lot cheaper than our prior payroll service provider. Each employee also has separate access to view their personal payroll information, change withholdings, print paystubs and w-2's. Friendly and helpful customer service. Would highly recommend.
