  • Pros

  • Our account representative is extremely responsive and answers questions promptly. The confidence on eSkill support is solid and as we move forward more that is a great peace of mind.
  • The integration was very easy and the representatives at eSkill were most effective on educating us on the best use of the system for our needs.
  • I enjoy the ease of scheduling and purchasing the skill evaluators. Also, my service representative has always been very helpful in picking the test that will fit best.
  • Cons

  • The actual questions were quite poor. The first time we used it, it we had misunderstood something so our candidate had 2 minutes for the entire test instead of each question.
  • Also, when trying to change the order of the questions within a test, the inability to move blocks of questions, instead having to move one question at a time.
  • I did have some issues at the beginning with cookies and it was frustrating because it would not allow me to view tests we had created.

  • They are responsive and helpful EVERY time we need assistance or have a "dumb" question. Love the relationship we have with the team and technology is great.
  • I like the ease of use from the HR perspective and the ability to see exactly what the employee sees within the system when trying to help them.
  • Honestly, the thing that makes isolved worth it is their customer service. They are quick to respond to issues that come up and are always happy to help.
  • Cons

  • I have employees who have not received a paycheck, no response from iSolved and no assistance from them either. It is the absolute worst.
  • Did not provide any demos because I was told that they will switch me and then train me. The data converted was a mess and the implementation team did absolutely no research on our company.
  • Months with various tax issues and no follow up costing us fines with a neighboring state. We have wasted so much time just trying to get people to call or email us back.
