Also all applicants are saved in the search database creating a talent pool that you can go back to anytime for future job postings and roles where you can match and compare applicants to any role you post. It also makes it easier to view the candidates by creating teams that include the people involved in the hiring process where they can login to the system, view and submit their comments about each candidate at their convenience.
