Innovation , Tracking and Efficiency

Positive.

PROS

Implementing Elevatus across the medical group that I work for helped adding the touch of innovation on a high level to meet the vision of the company. Using the system by the different process stakeholders; such as hiring managers, recruiters and government relations teams helped streamlining the process between the different departments. Implementing Elevatus Recruitment module helped in covering the cycle from requisition, to job posting, hiring and onboarding.

CONS

Nothing I would mention as a dislike about the software. The team has been working around the clock to support us in all our change requests and needs.

Higher flexibility in Elevatus to adapt to our complex process and make it more streamlined.Also due to Arabization

CONS

Difficult to find concrete aspects. However, as we're operating in multiple countries across Europe, the localization in terms of language, what is basically a very specific requirement in our case.

Innovative Applicant Tracking System

PROS

EVAREC helped us as hiring managers to be part of the process in a very seamless way. We were able to review the shortlisted candidate and give our feedback directly on the system. The recruiters were able to provide the list of shortlisted candidates in a very short timeframe due to the support of the A.I.Excellent interface and easy to use,I also supported in the implementation activities for my roles, the system was very dynamic.

CONS

I dont have any cons to mention - maybe a bit more branding at the beginning was better but then Elevatus team launched the branding features and it helped us a lot.

Eva-rec Review

Overall, it is a valuable software that saves time and effort and helps you organize everything related to hiring in one place. It also gives applicants better recruitment experience. Customer service and support is extraordinary, they are available whenever you contact them, they follow up regularly and always go the extra mile to make sure their clients are getting the best out of the software.

PROS

I liked how it gives applicants matching percentage to the role based on AI which makes screening easier, and how once you setup the pipelines and email templates it makes the overall recruitment process time efficient , where you can move applicants from one recruitment stage to another and at every stage (ask for interview, disqualified, job offer, assessment, etc..) they receive the predefined email. Also all applicants are saved in the search database creating a talent pool that you can go back to anytime for future job postings and roles where you can match and compare applicants to any role you post. It also makes it easier to view the candidates by creating teams that include the people involved in the hiring process where they can login to the system, view and submit their comments about each candidate at their convenience. Personality test is an extra yet very important feature where you can get a glimpse of the the candidates characteristics to measure if they would be fit for the role.

CONS

When you're new at using the software, creating an application (post) might feel a little confusing, but with practice and the help of their amazing support team that is available to help every step of the way it becomes easier.

Amazing high quality product

EVA-REC:  Choosing Elevatus as the provider of our applicant tracking system was the best decision that we took. Our hiring team loves using EVA-REC because it helped them automate their processes and better focus on high-level tasks. Through it’s powerful A.I. technology, the team is now able to hire candidates in few days only! Highly recommended for companies from different sizes. EVA-SSESS: EVASSESS is my favorite tool in Elevatus. The level of flexibility, innovation and sophistication of this tool is extremely high that I am sure other tools can’t afford. It helped us send assessments to a mass number of candidates with a couple of clicks only, get a first impression about the candidates’ and their cultural fit along with valuable insights about their personalities. Supporting the Arabic language is a plus.

CONS

Nothing at all ... we found the product really nice and it can be customized as per our needs

Brilliant Technology

What drew me the most about this hiring platform, is that everything can be done in one place. From filtering, screening, shortlisting, to hiring. Being able to work with teammates on the system has been really helpful as well. It makes it much easier to move candidates forward in the pipeline and make the right hires faster. I highly recommend this software for hiring teams who are looking for a simple way to manage and optimize the hiring process.

The self-service portal is very useful. We recruit agencies and never worry about it. The efficiency of Elevatus system is mind blowing.

The interface of Elevatus needs a bit more working, however everything else is quite easy to use and to understand.

The EVA-REC ATS is very cost and time efficient. i don't have to worry anymore about the the lengthy hiring process, anytime i need a bew hire I'll immediately find the best fit for my company culture.

CONS

i only hope that the RMS system has an ability to read the hard-copy rsumes. however, i requested that and they are working on it. the team is very helpful and cooperative.
